Arrival Story:
My good friend Tina wanted a dog, and she asked me to tag along with her to go get one. My friend Lindsay and I were hesitant as we both wanted dogs and would be pained by Tina getting one, and not us. Even though we didn't think it would be the best idea, we complied and were on our dog hunting way. Once we got to the second store (and about 10 cute dogs later), I had asked to see a Shih-Tzu. Now, I wouldn't know what a Shih-Tzu looked like if one hit me on the head, until I met my friend Mike, who had Phoebe, a 5 year old Shih-Tzu. So there we were playing with little Shih-Tzu puppies in the pen, when they brought over (who was about to be Gracie). Lindsay and I instantly fell in-love! In a one hour time frame, I drove to a store to get a little gift for my landlord, drove to my apartment with this gift in hopes he would be gracious enough to let me get this adorable dog I left behind at the pet store. And what do ya know? It worked! And an hour later we drove back to my apartment with Gracie in arms, listening to Luthar Vandros and Mariah carey belt out "Endless Love" - which is my song to my darling Gracie!

Today was a typical day, I woke up, played with Daddy and Phoebe for a little bit, took a nap, and played outside. I love playing outside and going for walks! Daddy gave me some chicken for dinner. I made my first profile EVER, on dogster, and my pictures and diary are up for everyone to see. Hope you enjoy! Now it's bed time - and I missed my night walk because it's raining. (I like to walk in the rain but Daddy doesn't like it 'cause I get wet and messy). See ya tomorrow!
