Arrival Story:
I was looking for a dog down here in DC and Alex spotted her on the AWLA web page. She emailed me and said look its a Cassie dog (she looks like one of our dogs back home). She had been with one family for 2 and a half years and was returned becuase she kept escaping (their 6yr old kept leaving the front door open). So I went down to look at her but one family already had an application in. I started mine but never finished it because they took her home. 6 days later the shelter called and said they had brought her back because the husband was severly allergic. I went down there and brought her home that Friday. And thats how I got Chloe.
Bio:
Right now she's still adjusting to my schedule and being in a house without any kids so there is some seperation anxiety. But I think she'll be fine. She also rides amazingly well in cars, I keep telling her I dont know how the first family ever managed to part with her!
