Arrival Story:
Mommy walked into the kennel, and I chose her! It was July 31st, 2004. I saw her walk in the room and as her eyes glanced around to scope out the place...there I was, across the room jumping up and down trying to get to her as though she was already mine. She was hooked the minute she set eyes on me. It was fate!

Mommy finally took me to the dog park this summer! Not once..not twice , but three times in three days! I was so excited. We walked around the park and played a little fetch. I do think it might be a little too hot for me still, 'cause I was thirsty!!! I had to wait until we got all the way back to the car before I got a drink of water.
On the way around the park, I met a few new dogs. They were nice, but I had to show them who was boss. I don't know why I get so nervous when they sniff my butt...I know it is something we do among dogs, but I think it would be much more relaxing if I wasn't on that darn leash.
It was fun, though! I can't wait to do it again, soon!

Ok...so I haven't gotten to the dog park yet, but I did take a nice long road trip to visit family in Delaware. It was a great weekend. I ran around their big yard and got to play alot of fetch. If only on the way down, Mommy would let me stop and pee more often, I would be much happier. I had to pee from the Gothel's Bridge, and I swear, that Belt Parkway has got to be the longest stretch of road in the world. Next time, I am asking Mommy to bring me a port-a-potty!!!!
