Arrival Story:
He was found by a neighbor and given to me for medical care. His face was very swollen due to an allergic reaction of some kind. His owner was found, but he told us to just keep him because he wouldn't fight.
Bio:
He wants to be the center of attention all the time and is very needy. He is afraid of men and other dogs when first meeting them, but he loves women!
He is an 80lb lap dog!
