Poor little Lucy wandered across the road in front of my car one day, skinny, dirty and bedraggled after a long time on the street. I followed her into a nearby parking lot and called her over. She came to me, laid down, and bared her belly. I picked her up, put her in my backseat, and told her "You'll never feel this bad again".

Bio:
Lucy is a pistol. She's totally energized our household and our other dogs, and she sings to us every day when we come home. We call her "Tater" because once she got healthy and fattened up, lifting her into your lap became like lifting a sack of taters.
