Laying on Mommy's lap curled up under a down blanket, anywhere my Mommy takes me... even to her work... she lets me sleep on her lap or on her desk

When my big brother and big sisters try to steal my treats... they're mine!

Favorite Toy:
Plush wooly squeaky bear claw... Gizzy won't go to sleep without it! Everywhere Gizzy goes so does his bear claw!!!!

Favorite Food:
Just about anything... except shrimp… it makes his tummy upset. He loves his mommy’s home cooking… nothing like egg benedicts for breakfast… yummy sauce!

Favorite Walk:
Around the property and playing in the wheat fields but nothing compares to my Mommy carrying me in her arms

Best Tricks:
Looking Super Cute!!!!

Arrival Story:
Gizmo came to live with us on September 4th of 2003. I’ve always wanted a Chi and in January of 2003 I had to fly to San Francisco… which I have to admit I absolutely hate to fly and told my hubby that when we got back home he owed me a Chi! We would surf the web looking for a Chi needing a good home… rescue/adopted only for this girl. Then one day we found Gizmo on he looked so scared and so sweet and our hearts just melted. Gizmo’s start to life was a puppy mill dog and thanks to some very kind intervention the puppy mill where he was held captive was raided and all the puppies went into rescue and up for adoption. We were the luckiest people in the world the rescue group picked us as Gizzy forever home and since that warm sunny day in September Gizzy has been in our hearts and our minds… and has us wrapped around his little paw!

Gizmo's favorite quote is: "The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated."- Gandhi
