Arrival Story:
Houser was outside a Trader Joe's in Los Angeles. He was with a rescue organization who had saved him. He was being held as evidence in the trial of a woman who was running an illegal dog kennel, where there were several hundred sick and dying dogs. Houser survived, with many scars, but is the best and sweetest guy ever.
