I played a great joke on my dad yesterday at work (hehehe). We were at a house and we went to the truck to do something. Dad took so much time at the truck that I got bored. I decided to trick him. When dad finished what he was doing, he looked down and I was GONE (hahaha). The funniest part is that we were working at a house that was by a mountain similar to the one I ran up a few weeks ago, so dad started calling and calling me to come back down the hill. When I didn't come, he started up the mountain to find me (guffaw). He got quite a way up the steep hill when one of his coworkers yelled, "Hey, he's right here sitting in the garage." Isn't that hilarious? I was only a few feet away all the time (HAHAHAHA). What a chump!

MUD! Mud, mud, mud, mud, mud, splash, splash, splash, run, run, splash, splash, mud, mud, mud! Zooming through the mud! Running through the mud! Back and forth through the wonderful, wet, mushy mud! MUD, MUD, MUD! I've never had so much fun in my life! What do you mean, BATH? Wait, no, not that! This mountain stream is cold! Stand still? You must be crazy! But-- the mud is coming off! You don't understand...my wonderful mud! Oh, shucks.

Hi everyone, Harvey back again. I had a great time last weekend at the lake. I met a Lab--he's my new best friend! It was great! We played together for a few minutes and everything! Then during the week, my Dad took me to a new house at work and I met a Springer Spaniel! She's my new best friend too, even if she did growl at me! I still love her. Her Mommy let me into the house so I ran around like a nut and climbed on her nice comfy white bedspread! (It's not my fault that my feet were wet--sheesh!) Then the next day my Dad took me for a long lunchtime walk up the mountain, and while Dad was looking at the pretty colored leaves, I ran ahead up the hill! Boy, was my Dad scared! He yelled and yelled for me. I was busy sniffing all the good smells, so I didn't go back right away. My Dad is so silly! He thought I was lost for a few minutes! I wasn't lost! I knew right where I was. I wish he wouldn't get so excited when I'm trying to have fun! Maybe he should cut back 0n the caffeine! Well, time for dinner. I wonder what the cats are having tonight? It's always so much tastier than my food. See ya!
