Arrival Story:
Neuman was our 4th foster beagle, and came to us shortly before his mommy's 23rd wedding anniversary, for which she knew there would be no gift. So she gave herself NEUMAN! After caring for him through heartworm treatment, she could not let him go because he was so dear and special. He has lovely reddish blonde eyelashes and a very serious solemn and trusting facial expression.
