Arrival Story:
Louie was brought into our home with a rather alarming story. We emailed a woman from the newspaper advertising beagles and went to see him in Brooklyn Park. We paid cash for our little baby and brought him home. About a month later we get a call from the St. Paul Police Department telling us that the woman who sold us Louie had actually purchased him from his previous owners using stolen checks! To make matters worse, the original owners wanted him back! (gasp!) We invited the original owners to our home to see that Louie was very loved and to explain to them how much we wanted to keep him. The couple was very nice and in the end, they allowed us to keep our little Louie. We are so thankful that it all worked out in the end.
