Due to health reasons, Jessie's owner opted to give her up.

Bio:
Poor Jesse has spent her short life on the end of a chain, but her spirit has persevered. She has a very good temperament and a lot of puppy enthusiasm. Her most serious infraction is that she jumps up on people and at 55# that can be intimidating to some. She needs someone who is willing to take her to obedience training or who has previous experience in dog training. :-)
