Arrival Story:
One day a few years ago my mom decided to go to an animal shelter to look at dogs for fun (not necessarily to take one home). The night before she went to the shelter she had a dream about a dog. In the dream my mom was carrying an unusual (beautiful) golden dog, with freckles. She was riding on an elephant (which she later read means you are on the right path). She didn't think too much about it. When she went to the shelter, there in the window sitting in a cage was the dog from her dream (me)! So it goes, she got a dog that day. I have had many homes before my real home and they say I am quite a "wild man", (see the scar on my nose from running through a window)
Bio:
I am a handful. I was on sedatives for awhile because I am so neurotic. But when I look in your eyes they say it seems like I know what you are thinking (although my aunt doesn't say that, she says she thinks I look like I am going to eat her). However I really am a gentle soul (unless you are another dog). One time, while visiting our family farm, I found a tiny little mouse that I played with...Gently holding the mouse in my mouth and then throwing it in the air a bit to let it go, and then pouncing on it, over and over. The mouse got away unharmed. I love other dogs so much that I tend to bite them when I first meet them. Needless to say, we don't visit the dog park much!
