Mr. Billy was found wandering around in farm country with another border collie mix. They both were brought to the shelter and now have happy families. Any further history is a mystery. He is very attention starved and food focused, but is super lovable and happy. Bio: Billy is a very clingy boy. He's a sweetheart though! Long ago when I was a shelter dog, I met a woman named Sherry. She took care of me (and Sam and Ally too) when I was homeless. She helped Ally pick me out at the shelter when she was looking for a brother!
