Arrival Story:
my husband's dog, J.D., passed away in 2003 (click on jack's family to see a picture of him with our cat). we finally decided it was time for another dog in our lives. we were checking around for puppies in the local shelters and heard about husky/lab puppies for adoption. when we went to go see them, we accidentally went to the wrong humane society. since we were there we decided to look around, and there he was!!! he was 5 months old and stole my heart. my husband and I couldn't resist adopting him. it was like it was meant to be. he had been given to someone as a gift and they didn't want him. lucky for us!!!
Bio:
whenever i'm having a bad day, i know i can always come home to "my boys" (jack, kodi, and my husband) to make me feel better. one of them is always sure to make me smile :) we now have a daughter to complete our happy family!
