Birthday:
September 2nd 2004

Likes:
food, giving kisses, chewing on stuff, riding in the car, running and being chased, rolling around the carpet on her back after a bath, playing fetch with her ball down the hallway, all people and dogs, snuggling for naptime, chasing lizards and squirrels

Pet-Peeves:
being left alone in the house, other dogs barking at her, having to go out in the rain, getting caught being bad, balloons, not being allowed to eat cat poo, being moved to the foot of the bed (she likes to put her head on my pillow)

Favorite Toy:
"Chuckit" frisbee, rubber ball, STICKS, stuffed "moosey", bones, stuffed animals that make noises, kongs full of food, dirty laundry

Favorite Food:
any food at all (especially carrots), and things that are not food like bugs and dirt and grass. she has to be on a low-fat diet but she doesn't mind because she loves veggies and fruit

Favorite Walk:
in the neighborhood, on the beach

Best Tricks:
sit, stay, speak, standing up on back two feet, FRISBEE!, catching her ball in mid-air, will attack with a face-bath of kisses on command

Arrival Story:
Lucy and all of her siblings were rescued from the animal shelter and taken to a foster home when they turned 6 weeks old. I found them on petfinder.com and drove down to Tampa to adopt one. They were all so adorable, but Lucy (the smallest one) was sitting there apart from the others , looking very scared and tired. I picked her up right away and couldn't put her down again. She was dirty, covered in fleas and very sickly. She had a few seizures during her first week home and that was very scary. It took a couple of months to get her dewormed and healthy, but she was a little trooper through the whole thing, always happy and friendly even when she was sick. She's a very healthy girl now, with an unbelievable amount of energy.

Bio:
Lucy loves absolutely EVERYONE, and she gets SUPER excited when someone comes over. She gets even more excited when there's another doggie to play with. She has only met a few doggies that have the stamina to keep up with her, though. She's a crazy little ball of energy who just wants to play, play, play... all the time!

Forums Motto:
kisses for everyone!
