Something bad happened to Mommy's car, but I'm not in trouble, because I didn't do it. A big stick, Mommy calls it a "wigwam" fell on Mommy's car (see Biscuit's diary) on the way home from the puppy park the other night. It broke the windshield and hurt Mommy's car, but we are all okay. I was very brave and gave the cracks in the windshield my best concerned look. If Mommy had let me, I would have gone out and chewed on that big stick with the flashing red lights.
Daddy took us to the puppy park last night. I like riding in Daddy's truck, because he doesn't have a puppy gate in it and I can give him kisses while he's driving. Cooper was at the park last night. He's cool - I call him "mini me". Cooper is a black lab like me and is 8 months old. I am teaching him all my best tricks, like stealing ladies purses and cell phones (I like to hide them in the pool) and how to hump the other dogs, especially Nacho. Cooper's Daddy told Mommy that seeing me at the park is comforting to him because he knows that he's "not the only one going through this with a black lab." I wonder what that means? Next I am going to teach Cooper how to hold on to the end of a stick that another dog has in it's mouth and just sit there. I love that game! I don't pull or try to play tug - the object is just to annoy the other dog. Lots of fun!
Love,
Dylan
