Arrival Story:
I was wandering around near a river when a little old lady found me and decided to take me in. She already had a dog but she felt that she was too old to care prorperly for a new puppy. So she called the winery that my Dad works at (it's close by) to find out if anyone there had lost me--or knew who I belonged to. Well, my Dad felt bad and decided to come and check me out. He thought I was pretty cute (even if I had a scraggly tail) and decided to take me home to meet Mom. Well, I got to stay there for one night and even though I had fun and the other Dog Brodie loved me, Mom and Dad decided they couldn't take care of another dog. The next day, Dad took me to a no-kill shelter. They figured that because I was young and cute, someone would adopt me right away. Apparently, Mom and Dad felt really bad...and they missed me too because two days later Dad was back to pick me up. I was SOOOO happy to see Dad again. I've been in my new home for about 6 months now and I couldn't be happier.
