Quick Bio:

Likes:
running loops around the house, making us run loops around the house after him, window napping til noon, stealing things out of the bathroom

Pet-Peeves:
nail trimming....why this torture! Why?! Slivers of fresh ginger dropped onthe floor that he feels obliged to eat (he barks and cries before finally eating it) It is a secret pug rule to eat anything that falls off the cutting board, like it or not.

Favorite Toy:
duckie (that sounds like the Aflak duck) and toys with colorful nylon ropes hanging out of them

Favorite Food:
peanut butter, Evo dog food ( dog crack), a bite of Niman Ranch steak if he grovels enough (but he knows his other vegetarian owner has nothing but tofu to offer)

Favorite Walk:
The beach at the end of the block, the meadows at Golden Gate park, Fort Funston, and Amoeba Records for the treats!

Best Tricks:
Otis can identify and fetch his toys by name. He also believes there are multiples of "us". He will check the bed for us, even if we are up and about. He will also "run" on command, running loops through the kitchen to earn his "pug supper".

Arrival Story:
After a long search, emails and phone calls to breeders, researches with rescue groups, we met a breeder in Oakland. We picked him out of three puppies. His mother, Lucy, and his father, Pinnochio, are just as silly and good natured as he is.

Bio:
Otis graduated from Puppy Kindergarten, and studied privately with his personal trainer Mary. He likes to carry his own leash on a walk, dig holes on the beach, roll in mud, run in the rain, play with any dog, cat, child or adult who will engage him, and hopping on your lap if you are sitting at a coffee shop with hot coffee in your hand. He adores playing hide and seek with us throughout the house. He will pretend to be looking for us when he wants to play that game. Otis is not a chill-out pug. He is always into something and trying to get someone to play with him. He is just as soulful as his namesake, although he sings more like Tom Waits.
