1. What color is your collar? - My collar is Red and Black with paws on!

2. What kind of food do you eat? - I eat Dr Johns dried with all different types of human food.

3. What are your favorite treats? Pizza, Gravy bone & Tripe sticks.

4. Do you have a Valentine or significant other? - Max is my dogster boyfriend and he's one handsome boy. I love him very much!

5. Do you get table scraps? Yes I do. Mum & Dad always leave us something after they have eaten.

6. What is your favorite toy? My hippo cuddly toy that Max sent over to me from USA. It just reminds me of him with his hippo face :-)

7. When is your Birthday? -December 23rd 2001

8. How many times a day do you get to eat? - Once a day

9. Do you have a favorite color? - Black & Purple

We need donations of goods for auction. All the information to effect a donation is on the site. You can even subscribe to follow progress ! The site has literally just gone up and we already have 4 donors ! How fantastic are Dogsters ?!

Baxter & MacKenzie are 100% in control of this site and monies received. They have even graciously offered to transfer proceeds directly to Meatys Drs as needed so that we can focus on Meaty.

We have so much to be thankful for ...... cancer be damned!

As for Meaty --- I am obsessing. He is experiencing his 3rd bad day in a row. He is a trooper though and is trying to play and please.
I will admit that with every thing he walks into I can hear the specialist sayin *watch his eyesight ---- it could signify that he is worsening and its starting to terrify me.. He has hit 2 things in the last 2 days ........ and he has been in this same home his entire 7 years.

I cannot let him pick up on my worry ..... easier said than done!

Not to rudely cut this short but Meaty is feeling particularily needy right now and I am off to lay some love on him {as he rakes his nails down my leg!} LOL

Birds flowers in is nature spring sun The the signs trees Spring is in the air
Everything around you crying out with newness,
The way trees are no longer bare,
And the frosts are less and less.
The sunshine, warm and inviting,
The wind mild, no longer biting,
Primroses poking their heads above ground,
Chirping birdsong a frequent sound.
Green shoots emerging beneath your feet,
Nature's waking up, it's no longer asleep,
Bud's forming upon every branch
Like minute green beads,
Things so full of revival and energy
Plants growing, no longer seeds.
Fresh dewdrops twinkling at you
From a blade of grass,
Seeming to dance in front of your eyes
Then gone, as the sun's passed.
Streams coming alive again
Seeming to speak with their friendly gush
Water droplets perfect bubbles of gems
Like diamonds in the rough.
Evenings edging lighter,
You can sense it on the air you breathe
That spring is in the air
Between every sight it weaves.
Daffodil heads cautiously peeping out,
Snowdrops springing up by the scores,
Letting us know there should be no more
Icy mornings, hard and raw.
Just that feeling you get
Of happiness and a new start,
With a spring in your step
And hope in your heart.
Trees bursting into blossom
Scenting all with a beautiful perfume,
Yellows and pinks,
Golds and reds
So many colours to consume.
With your eyes all you see
Is that vivid spring green,
So striking and bright
An almost impossible natural hue,
Sparkling as it reflects the sun's beams
Back at you
Like amazing lime dynamite
Fluorescent in the night.
So many signs that spring
Really is on the way,
Rejoice and enjoy seeing things coming into bloom
From now on and every day,
Because spring is coming
We all know very soon.

Oh my what a great birthday I had

It was my 7th Birthday yesterday & my what a day it was.
I got lots of toys & treats of my family & had a piece of steak for my tea also. It was just so delicious that I licked my bowl very clean He! He!
I would like to send A BIG THANK-YOU to all of my fantastic friends below for my gifts.
