It was a very sad day when after I became ill and while in the hospital I thought about my dog friends. I could no longer work and I was evicted from my home. My dogs stayed with me and we stayed together as long as we could but I had to find them a home. Well as least I thought I had. Brownie was given a new home and it was sad sadder than any day I have known or since. I returned one day back to the old apartment to gather mail Brownie was in a new home 30 miles away. It had been a week but as I rounded the corner there sat a tired blooded paws and all Brownie Bear. He had crossed 3 major Highways and survived a 30 mile run back to his home I cried and tears are welling up as I write this. Such devotion never have I known....to be continued

Swiped from my home!

I never thought it would happen but I was kidnapped! Yes held hostage for three weeks by some really bad people stealing man's best friend and collecting rewards.
Their scheme was fool as my people placed a reward but would never reveal how much. We got one call asking how big a reward and never gave an amount. So take note never post a reward amount. I guess they held out to see if the stakes would be raised but no luck. Luckily Brownie is so mean (them teeth are like a lumber yard buzz saw)he escaped and returned with a new collar and and well fed.
