I had called several breeders who only had male puppies. One breeder referred me to a very nice lady who had 2 females. I told her I was coming bright and early the next morning!!! Bio: Jasmine comes from a litter of 5. 3 boys and 2 girls. Her biological parents are Dixie, and Dax. Jasmine came home with me at 7 weeks old. We always tease her that when she came here, she was so little she couldn't even go up and down the steps!!! Jasmine was raised with Kona, a Doberman whom we so sadly lost to Cardio-Myopathy on Dec. 30. Jasmine and Kona used to play chase and had a great time together. Jasmine has attended Kinder Puppy, Beginning Puppy, and Puppy Agility classes. Jasmine is very attentive and very affectionate. She constantly wants to be with us no matter what we are doing. She loves to hug, kiss and cuddle with us while reading or watching T.V. Jasmine really enjoys watching Animal Planet. Wow! I can't believe I am turning 5 years old! My birthday is 4/17, this coming Thursday. I haven't changed much; I am still a puppy; I love to play with my ball and swim in the pool, go hiking, go to the park, and run in the fields at the school.
I can't wait for my birthday because I have been told that I am getting Frosty Paws, a special ice cream made just for dogs!
I recently got my hair cut very short; my Mom calls it a "puppy cut". I feel much better and now if I get dirty or wet it's not such a big deal.
No one told me! Wow, this is great! Now I can receive fun gifts from everyone!
Speaking of everyone, today is Christmas Eve! Don't tell my Mom, but I already know what Santa is bringing me for Christmas. (Rudolph told me, even though he wasn't supposed to). I am so excited! I am getting a stuffed Gingerbread Boy, tennis balls, and some other toys.
The other good news is that my Mom and Grandma are staying home this year ~ the last 2 years they went away!
I got a new brother! He is a little kitten. He is small, cute, and fun. He is friendly and playful. He is still a little scared of me. I have learned to be very patient with him. If he walks up to me on his terms, he is okay, but if I walk up to him, he gets scared. However, we have kissed a couple times. His name is Antoine, which is french for Anthony.
