Arrival Story:
I lived outside for the first 3 years of my life. One summer I got bit by misquitos and then got worms in my heart. A nice person with a badge took me to an indoor place (where I discovered air conditioning) and they gave me medicine - it was yucky but now I'm all better!!!
The first night I came home to my new house, I was so excited!! I ran right in the back door - - - and fell down the steps to the basement. My mommy cried 'cause she thought I broke my neck. But I was fine.
Now I let her sit on my couch with m e and sleep in my big bed upstairs with me - Aren't I nice!!
Bio:
I weigh 155 pounds and people think I'm a Newfoundland, but I don't have webbed toes or a shaggy coat like my cousins do. I'm just a regular old Mutt!

Sadly, Samson was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor and was laid to rest on August 18, 2006.
Through his life, Sam loved his friends from the Dog Park and Pup Pals - and will be watching over you all from a better place.
