I moved to New Orleans from California with my boyfriend after college and had been dying to get a doggie for a long time. Charlie orginally belonged to my bf's grandparents but they were undergoing problems and were unable to care for a pet. My bf's father went and picked up Charlie from Baton Rouge and brought him to us where he has been spoiled rotten ever since.
