New Years

Our tradition is to have lobster on New Years. Last year the lobster was larger than Beemer! This year we decided to buy two smaller ones, but as I brought them into the house yesterday, I think Beemer remembered.

First day

We picked Beemer up from the breeder the weekend of Memorial Day 2003. She was so cute and so tiny. We had never had such a small dog before. We bought a babies fence and put a tarp for the floor and put Beemer in it. She was used to the fence because the breeder was training all the pups in the same way. Beemer was 8 weeks old when we brought her home and at 9 weeks she was good enough to keep out of the fence area. She is a very smart dog and trained very quickly.
