Arrival Story:
After my grandma's Schnauzer passed away, my mom decided she needed a new best friend. After talking to friends who have Shelties, we decided on a Kentucky breeder we found online. Lucky for us, Mayzie was born the same month we were looking! She became a part of our family on September 25, 2002, and quickly became my Grandma's baby. My grandma is no longer with us, so Mayzie is now the center of my dad's affection. He loves is little "Deeeeee-va!"

Bio:
Intended to be my grandma's new best friend, Mayzie took to loving my grandma right away! She was super protective over her, and wouldn't even let people hug my grandma! They were inseparable and the best of friends! She's never acted the same way around any one else, and my grandma has been in Heaven for four years now.
