Arrival Story:
Out of the blue one morning we just decided that day we are going to get a dog. We woke up looked through the Sacramento bee and called around. The first place we called the guy said the puppy is dark and wouldn't go into much specifics with us. At first I did not want to go because I originally wanted a cream pomeranian. When we arrived at the place the house and frontyard itself was literally a farm. There were horses, canadian honkers, goats, chicken, cats, bunnies ... you name it they were all hanging out in the frontyard of the farm. When we were walking past the gate that is when we first saw Kailua. I fell in love! Even though he had a chicken feather on his mouth I felt an instant connection. Yep that is the dog I want and ever since then he has been by my side.

Today was the second week that mom and dad left me with Poopy, my feline friend, at home. Mom made sure to take me out for a walk before she left but I knew she was getting ready to leave when I saw a change in her pants. When she walked out that door I was upset. First dad left me this morning now mom ... goodness now what can I do to entertain myself. First I started to mark my territory. I got bored of that so then I moved on to chewing my bone. I had my lunch and tried to play with Poopy but she kept walking away from me. I got bored of that then I smelled something wierd in the carpet. I first started to chew on the carpet and gradually tore it off bit by bit. When mom and dad got home they were both real upset at me. I don't understand why. I just wanted to fix the smell in the carpet. Oh well tomorrow is Tuesday I wonder what type of adventure I will get myself into next.
