She loves taking naps in the sun, Looking out our big bay window , Playing with my cat Ruben, and of course getting lots of treats.

Pet-Peeves:
She hates thunderstorms with a passion. When it storms out she acts really strange and does odd things like put any of my clothing laying on the floor into her water dish. She also hates getting her nails trimmed and going to the groomer.

Favorite Toy:
She loves stuffed animals and cat nip toys for some reason. She rips them up and makes a huge mess and then I have to clean it up.

Favorite Food:
Anything she cant have

Favorite Walk:
There is a path by my house that goes into a really wooded area and there is a dog park back there. She loves walking in the woods with all the smells and creatures. She really loves any walk though even if its just to the corner.

Best Tricks:
She can jump through a hoop and jump our back fence. She can also sit pretty, play dead and shake. When she was in obedience school we won 2nd place in the contest.

Arrival Story:
I got her for my golden birthday and it was a misty day so thats how she got her name. She was only $25 but she is worth so much more.

Bio:
She is the sweetest girl you would ever meet. Even though she is getting old she is still very active and playful. She loves her brother Ruben and they even sleep together. She loves people and will jump all over anyone who comes to my house and cover them with kisses. She has to take medication for seizures but it is working very well for her. Two years ago she got really sick and almost died but the medication has helped alot and she is back to her old self. She is still young at heart.

Missing Misty

Its so hard to loose a friend of 13 years, all of the sudden their not around anymore.

I got Misty when I was 11 for my birthday and she was honestly one of my best friends.

Misty was the sweetest dog you would ever meet and I miss her so much.

I wish I had been a better mom to her though. I mean she had a great life but I still feel like I could have done more.

Towards the end I was so busy with school and my internship that I didn't get to take her on walks or play with her nearly as much. Misty spent alot of time with my mom during those times.

I always thought I would want to get another dog right after Misty but now I can honestly say I only want Misty back.

Im sure we will get a another dog but not yet.

Thank you to all of my friends on Catster and Dogster for you support. I dont know what I would do without you.

In fields chasing butterflys

Today I am in fields chasing butterfly's and I am happy.
I had to say goodbye to mom and Grandma but I will see them again. They were sad to see me go but I feel so much better. I can see again and my muscles arn't sore anymore.
