Best Tricks:
Dancing circus dog! He stands up on his hind legs and dances around. Also, he plays fetch with himself! He throws the ball up in the air, then runs and pounces on it and then does the whole thing all over again!

Arrival Story:
We went to the CACC to get a different dog, a Lhasa Apso, but someone else had gotten there first and thus got the dog. They felt so bad because I was so upset that they let me go look at the dogs that were about to become available for adoption. He was in this cage, completely overgrown, so much so that we couldnt even see his eyes! It looked like he hadnt been groomed or brushed in a year! He was so sweet and excited and playful that we knew we had to bring him home with us!

Bio:
Marley was found as a stray in Brooklyn near Coney Island. We wish we knew what his old life was like, but my guess is that it wasnt good. He hadnt been brushed or anything in what looked like a year. We didnt even realize he was boy because he was so overgrown. He was VERY skinny when he was shaved down (to fix him)... 11lbs! He has now gained 5lbs and is such a happy great boy! He's got his cousin Princey- a 6 lb blind maltese, also from the CACC and an uncle Elton, a 60 lb black standard poodle, also a rescue. He came to us fully house broken with not a mean or aggressive bone in his body! Why anyone would neglect him is beyond me.
