Arrival Story:
We were visiting a family friend who runs a abused Dog rescue home and my daughter fell in love with him and just had to have him. I told her if she felt the same way in one week we would go back and get him.She did. We did.

Bio:
He was a very abused puppy so he is very soft natured and skiddish. He was always trying to escape from wherever he was. After we had him for about 3 months, He got away from us a 6:00am. At 10:30am I got a call that he was 7 miles away across town and heading out of town. I drove out to the place where he was seen and called to him but he would not come but just kept running away. At 5:00pm as I was going home for dinner my son called to tell me that Foxy was home. That dog had traveled 14 miles, as the crow flies, across 12 major streets in a large metro area (twice), in the course of 11 hours. My wife says that him hearing me call to him when he was so far away is what made him turn arround.
