Dear Bobby,

Hey, my darling, it's your birthday, on July 19, 2007...Happy Birthday!

You are 4 year old now and I'm so glad to see you from a hyper boy become a mature young man.

I did not hold a celebration like when you were one year old ... as I think that you, mugen, me and daddy should be together as a family and enjoyed your big day in private.

I did not make you any special yummy meal, your dinner was usual kibbles with milk. That didn't mean that I don't love you anymore... as I already cooked a big b'fast for you and dinner should be something light. Yeah, I know I had too many excuses for not cooking a yummy meal in the evening....

But, I still want to tell you this, My lovely boy, I will still love you, in fact, more than before .... and I promise to love you till ...... the end.

Happy Birthday....

Love you,
Mommy

Reunion with Pebbles.

Pebbles is a 5 year old handsome S&P Mini schnauzer boy.

Pebbles was rehomed by mommy in 2004 at the age of 3, after his ex-owner decided to throw him out and sent to SPCA. Mommy couldn't stand and see Pebbles being sent to SPCA, so she brought Pebbles home for temporary fostering.

Mommy had groomed him back to his handsome self before gave him to Aunty Alverene for good. The reason Mommy couldn't keep Pebbles was that I couldn't get along with Pebbles as he was too aggressive and bullied me most of the time. I just couldn't live with him like how I accpeted Mugen as my new brother. So, under such a constraint, Pebbles has gone to live with Aunty Alverene, a lady with a big heart and could provide all the love and care to Pebbles (which has renamed to "Happy" by Aunty Alverene).

Pebbles ( named as "Happy" now) had came to see Me, mom and Mugen on last Sunday (March 04, 2007) with Aunty Alverene and his new adopted MS sister Minnie. It's has been 2 years after Pebbles went to his new home with Aunty Alverene.

We had a good fun playing with each other and enjoyed mom's home-cooked meal in the evening. Mom even groomed and clipped Pebbles and Minnie on that Sunday and they had enjoyed a good SPA mud bath. I thought both of them looked so good after the grooming session.

Mom hugged and kissed Pebbles alot on that Sunday afternoon and I've got so jealous. So, I triggered a small fight with Pebbles just to tell him not to take away my mom from me, again. I guess I was worried too much as Pebbles just drop by to say hello.

I could see that Mom had missed Pebbles so much and she was grateful that Aunty Alverene has provides so much care and love to Pebbles, if not, Pebbles would end up homeless at SPCA 2 years ago.

Though it was a short reunion for all of us, everyone was happy and had great fun to the fullest.

Thanks Aunty Alverene, Me and mommy were happy to see Pebbles again and we really appreciated that u had make the reunion came true.

Pebbles bro, take care ya, shall meet up again soon.

Listening to radio

Mom is acting funny since yesterday. Guess what? She has turns on the radio for me and Mugen every morning before she leaves the house. So, mom is assuming that I won't bite the house down while listening to the radio.

She is so wrong! Listening to radio doesn't help..... I'm still biting and chewing up everything that smells of my mom. I'm not sure if this was "seperation anxiety"? But since I was a pup, I've developed this habit of chewing up things whenever mom is not home. I feel so good when I chew...and the more I chew, the happier I am.

I'm already 3 years old and Mugen is going to be 6 years old in this coming Jan 2007. But, both of us enjoy chewing when Mom is not around. I was the one who taught Mugen the" chewing fun" thing and he addicts to it since then.

Both of us get very high when we chew, and chew, and chew. We chew everything, like letters, shoes, cotton balls, leash and more or anything that were within our reach.

Only thing is that, I don't understand that why is Mom yelling and screaming when she opens the door every evening when she's back from work? I guess she is getting lots of stress from work......

And, Mom... turn off the radio, please!

Dating!

I went on a date on July 29, 2006, without Mom.

My date is my childhood sweetheart, Rusty (she is a Cavalier King Charles gal). Of course, I don't have a driver's license and I can't operate a automobile, hence, Rusty's Dad and Mom were kind enough to drive us in their car.

We went to visit Rusty's 2 set of grandparents. I was kind of anxious as I never met them before. I started to miss Mom and Mugen... how I wish they were here too.

But, all these thoughts about missing mom and mugen were gone with the wind soon. I started to have fun and enjoy myself at Rusty's grandma's house. The human kids were playing "the catching" game with me and I was always the loser. I, too, was being pampered with lots of treats...

Later in the evening, I was driven to a Pet cafe to meet up with Mom and Mugen for dinner. Mom was late and I was waiting for her with Rusty and her parents. As Rusty gal charmed someone to give us free meat loaf cake..yummy...!

Mom arrived with Mugen and she seemed very happy to see me again, well, I was happy to see her too.

After dinner, we went home together....exhuastion. I almost slept through during the car ride.

I had an enjoyable date and I wish I could do it more often.

Happy Furday!

I was wondering why did mom give me a new fur cut 2 days ago?

Oops...because I've become 3 year old on July 19, 2006.

Mom took a "dog-age" test on my behalf and found out that I'm actually younger than my age 1.5 yrs. That's considers pretty good for me as this meant that I'm a healthy and happy furkid.

Nothing much happened on my fur-day as Mom was very busy with her work and Mugen was sleeping like a log. I was bored at home till that evening.

I saw Mom carried a few shopping bags home that evening. Hurray! yes....Mom had got me some toys for my fur-day and Aunty Nelly (Bon-bon, the dark salt and pepper schnauzer boy's mom) gave me a new collar, a lovely toy and a chewy treat.

Best part of the evening, Mom had decided to cook for Mugen and I a wonderful dinner. Wow... Mom had prepared my favorite's dinner plate, that was, steam rice with sweet potato, green peas and chicken tight meat. Yummy...I had licked up everything, tasted so good!

I guess Mom felt bad that she didn't keep me company for my furday, hence, she brought Mugen and I for a very long walk around the park. I was kind of tired after the walk and I slept early with my new toys..zzz...zzz...zzzz

Happy furday to myself, again!

Mommy - My personal groomer!

I can't believe that my mom had went through a 3 month grooming class for dogs. Yes, she has becomes my personal groomer now.

I don't mind grooming but my previous groomers at those pet shops didn't perform a good job on me. They, either let shampoo went into my eyes, clipper burns on my skin or bleed my nails with cutter. As a result, mommy always so busy sending to see the vet after groomer. I think she has decided to do it herself instead of letting me go through so many discomfort situation.

Mommy's skill in grooming still have some rooms to be improved. She is not very perfect in holding clipper and scissor yet, but she can, at least give me a mini schnauzer cut with skirtings. As for my bro, Mugen, mom has decided to shave him down as he is a very untidy furkid which always licks himself till very wet. Hence, the whole house always smell of Mugen's saliva.

Mommy seems like making this whole grooming thing as her hobby. She starts to do grooming on my other furkid friends like Prince and Ah boy. She even transform dad's study room to her personal dog grooming room. Actually, I've enjoy grooming at home now as mom would not bleed my nails or slap me. On the other hand, I feel more comfortable at home as I get to see my bro and mom too during grooming.

I like my mom's new hobby, at least, I get to look handsome and neat all the time.

I have a new pal!

I have a new best friend Mohito, the super-duper active and hyper JRT pup. Mohito has full swing of power that never feel exhuasted even after an hour of non-stop running at the park. I'm always trying to catch my breath after running with Mohito for less than 10 mins. I really can't figure out why this little man has such a powerful strength that never feel tired at all.

Mohito is a very interesting little sweet road-runner. He is friendly, sociable and very happy-go-lucky type of furkid. I guess his favourite sport is long-distance running as nobody could ever catch up with him. Mommy has allowed me to run with him almost every night at the Oval park recently. I almost died of losing my breath after the running game with Mohito.

Another thing about Mohito is that he is not afraid of any furkid whom are bigger and stronger than him. He dares to go near those big guys without fear... what a brave little pup!

I've got a new bro!

Mom has decided to adopt a mini schnauzer boy from a guy who used it as a stud dog and toss away when it got all the skin problems with ugly and dirty teeths, therefore, I've got myself a new brother now.

"Mugen" is his name and he has just turned 5 years old on Jan 27. Mugen is not as good looking as me and he has a very serious skin problem that required lots of medical attentions. Mom has spent lots of time to take care of Mugen and been busy bringing him to the vet so often.

Mugen is a funny guy, he always keeps a distance from me. He will come near me only when he has finished his bowl and wants to share mine. I'm a generous MS and I always let him have my share of food. Mugen always eats like there is no tomorrow and becomes so fat now.

Mugen is not a clean boy and he licks himself alot. Mom always says that I'm the better one with good manner because I have never mess up my beautiful fur like Mugen. Hence, Mom has sent Mugen to the groomer and told to be shaven down till skinhead. Hahaha.... Mugen is a MS skinhead!

Mugen is in my life now, he keeps me company when Mom has gone to work everyday. I love to bully him though I'm so much younger than him. The best part of having Mugen is that, I always get compliments from many people that I'm a handsome boy ( that compare my looks to Mugen).

Mugen came from an abusive family but he has a "never-says-die" attitude that I really admire him for that. Though Mugen is not a friendly boy towards any furkid or men (especially those with glasses), he loves Mom alot and never leaves Mom out of his sight. Mom has been very doting on Mugen that trigger my jealousy... I can't help myself from not bullying Mugen thought I wasn't really want to do such a terrible thing.

Welcome to my home and share my Mom, Mugen - my new found brother!

Happy Birthday!

July 19, 2005

Today is my big B' day and I've just turn 2 years old.

Mommy has bought me a big baked cow's bone that is as big as me for my birthday, however, I really have no idea where to start to chew on this giantism bone. I think I will pass and save this bone for my cousin, the playful 1 -year- old husky, Snow. Mommy always says that good thing must share with friends.

Aunty Nelly has given me a lovely purple collar, a matching leash and a big bag of chicken milk treats as my birthday gifts. I can show off my new collar because mommy has promise to bring me to a doggie's cafe on this coming Sunday. I want my lamb stew and stawberry cheesecake....yummy!

Though I'm still home alone on my birthday, mommy will prepare a good dinner for me when she comes back from work this evening. I can't wait to have my birthday dinner soon. Because mommy is such a good cook, my meal plate is always filled with surprises. I hope I could get something like a Sherpie pie, pizza or brown rice with lamb and a ice-cream cone.

Birthday is always a day fills with surprises!

Happy Birthday to me!

Being Mom's "Bob" at home!

I'm not a typical mommy's boy at home. In fact, I have my own mind and believe that I have to stand firm with it. However, mommy doesn't know how to appreciate me for being myself and always think that I'm lacking some disciplines in my behavior.

Well, listen up, mom!

I am not a paper shredding machine, I was just helping you to tidy up all the old newspaper when you were not home. Occasionally, I did shredded some of your important letters and your favorite tabloid magazines. But, mom, don't you know that important letters are meant for you to read up immediately and too much gossips are bad for you?

I did not steal from your dinning table, I was just trying to get hold of the tissue box. However, I had to pull off your table cloth from the dinning table in order to get the tissue box. I just wanted to learn the "tissue-Achoo" tick when you were not home. But, I was overwhalmed by the fun of getting a piece of tissue out from the box; hence, I did not realize that I've lost control by pulling every piece of tissue out from the box.

I did not steal your favorite 'Lays' potato chips from the dinning table, I've picked it up from the floor when it dropped off from the dinning table together with the tissue box. The potato chips tasted so good that I couldn't stop myself from not finishing up, I did drink 1 gallon of water after that though.

I did not soil your sofa, I was just trying to clean up the left-over potato chips bits from the sofa cover. However, I had an urgent need to do my potty suddenly but you were not home. So, I decided to pee on your sofa and thought that would washed away the potato bits at the same time. Anyway, Mom always wants a new set of full leather sofa and she could simply asked Daddy to get it later. No big deal, right?

I did not hate those kids at the park and scared them away, I was just trying to avoid any unfriendly gestures from them. The kids were very rough with me and they always pull my beard and eyebrows. This was not funny at all though I look very robust. Hence, I decided to rebut by barking at them. What's wrong with it, mom? I was just protecting myself when you were chatting away with your friends.

I'm not picky over food, I'm simply a gourmet eater. I refused to put those commerical kibbles in my mouth because its simply tasteless. I want real meat, real rice and something looks like how a real food supposed to look like. I want a chicken breast to serve like a real chicken breast, chewy in texture and taste like real chicken. I'm not an idiot, I know what is real food taste like because I always taste it from the dinning table when mommy wasn't around.

I'm not stealing mommy's bed from her, I'm just trying to do the bonding thing. Mommy has a busy working schedule and left no time with me. So, I have to build up the bond with mommy by sitting on her lap and sleeping in her bed. I just love to follow mommy's everywhere at home, even in the bathroom. I'm not a super-duper mommy's boy, I've missed mommy all day long and wanted her to know my existence. I don't like to play pillow-fighting game but this is the only way to catch mommy's attention when I tossed the pillow on her bed.

Well, mommy never sent me to a school that teaches canine behavior and I've to self-taught myself. Mommy has to accept me as who I am because I did not bring her any problem for not being myself.

I'm just being I, myself and me!
