I'm Princess of my World

I have a new cousin!

My aunt just adopted a new puppy. His name is Tucker and he's a Yorkie. I haven't met him yet, but mom says we're going down in July to see them. I'm so excited! I can't wait to teach him all kinds of fun tricks...

I'm new at this...

Mom made this page for me and told me I could write in it whenever I wanted to.

Let's see...where should I start?

When mom and dad came to visit me to see if they wanted to take me home, I knew I had a home the moment they walked in the door. Mom's eyes lit up and she was so excited to see me and said I was the cutest little thing. Dad was an easy win also. I fit in the palm of his hand that night and he agreed really quick with mom that I could go home with them.

They weren't really ready for me, but we made do for the first few days until they got everything I needed and we got used to each other.

We became a family very quickly.

Mom and Dad take me with them whenever they can and when they can't they find a good babysitter to watch over me.

I've already been on a few long trips with them and I love to travel.

Mom says she has a hard time getting things done in the house because she likes to play with me, but I'm getting better about letting her get her work done and sitting by her side.

They took me in to have surgery a few weeks ago. It was rough for a few days and I wasn't happy with the vet, but I was really excited to see mom and dad when they came to pick me up. I was so happy they hadn't forgotten me there. But I'm all healed up now and things are back to normal. Mom says that now I'll be her baby forever and won't have to be a mom myself. Which is just fine with me.

I love going to the groomer also. Miss Candise and I have a really good time together.

Ok, that's enough for my first entry. Mom says I can come back here to type anytime I want, so I'll try to make it often.
