Arrival Story:
I had originally adopted another dog from the local pound. That dog, as sweet as she was, was very sick. She had parvo, and it was in the advanced stages. The vet told me there was a small chance she would survive, so I took her back to the pound, I let them know what the vet told me and requested that she be put to sleep. While I was there, a woman walked in with her arms full of wet, dirty little puppies that she was going to turn in. There were 3 black boys and one white, fluffy girl. They were only a couple of months old, and she told me that she found them hiding from the rain underneath a car in the gutter. The white dog was just the sweetest thing, so I took her, before she could be turned into that pound (which is known for sick, maltreated animals), and she's been with me ever since.

Bio:
Freckles has a new home. I am unable to care for her in the best way possible because of my busy schedule, so she now has a new mom and dad. They're great people and I know she'll be very happy, and now has a yard to romp around in!
