Quick Bio:

March 11th 2001

Sleeping, eating, doing tricks for treats that he likes (he's picky!), and being with my mom and I.

men, especially those that come after us girlies (mom and I). He's also very picky about his dry food (picks out what he dislikes and spits it out) and treats.

Favorite Toy:
His blankie (not really a toy, but he doesn't sleep on it, he sucks on it and it calms him down), and his lion and anything else that's fluffy and squeaks.

Favorite Food:
He loves anything that isn't his (besides veggies and meds, lol), especially peanut butter, meat, cheese, bagels, yogurt, ice cream, and anything you leave unattended.

Favorite Walk:
The lot across the street, where there's a huge field of grass where he runs off leash, tracks and tries to catch (and always fails) deer, tries to roll in deer doodie, and has fun; I think 2nd fave is Dunkin Donuts, because mom gets him plain munchkins.

Best Tricks:
Sit pretty (his default for food),crawl, wave, stand, "I'm coming to cuddle with you, or so you think, because you left your tissue/socks/food/something I want to steal over next to you and you forgot it's there so now it's MINE," roll over, shake, catch.

Arrival Story:
Someone dumped him in our neighborhood a few days prior to us finding him on September 11, 2001. On the 11th, we lured him over and looked at his tagless collar, hoping to find a tag, but we didn't. He had been skunked the night before, so he smelled really bad, but I still fed him a hamburger so he could have some food. We walked him around and tried to find an owner, but no luck. mom called the cops to see if anyone had lost the fuzzy guy, and they said no but asked us if they should call animal control. Mom, the cold hearted grinch, said yes. The animal control lady said he'd be taken to a no-kill shelter, but she was lazy and took him to one. My brother, father and I begged my mom (who "hated dogs") to get him. She finally said ok, and we finally found the smelly guy at the Edison shelter. We got Pepe on September, 19, 2001, and haven't regretted it at all!! Even though we technically adopted him, we say that he found us because he found the biggest suckers on the block to fall in love with him, and he has us wrapped around his front paw!

We're not sure if he's a pure bred field spaniel, as we found him, but he sure looks like one!! We also don't know his true birthday, but they said he was about 6 months old when we got him.
