A Rough Winter II

It has really been a rough winter in the Texas Hill Country. Lots of freezing nights and unlike the cat I have to go in and out all night long. Boy it's rough when you are old. I now have arthritis and on two medications. I also had to have 5 skin lesions cysts) removed and to top that off they cleaned my teeth while they were at it. I am doing better now and will soon be back to my old self as soon as the weather gets warmer that is.

A Rough Winter

Busterbear has been having a really bad Winter. His arthritis has kept him indoors more than ever. He spends his days hibernating under blankets and has to wear sweaters. There are also no walks on bad days. Buster also now takes glucosamine and chondroitin like all seniors. Buster had a round of pain pills and we still have them for any bad days that may occur. We are about ready for Spring. These golden years sure aren't all they are cracked up to be. Poor Buster! Dakota gives him lots of sympathy and is standing by in case he wants to run and play....

Vacation (Cation)

Dakota and Busterbear went on a vacation in January to our condo in Rockport on the coast. I love "cation" (my folks called it this thinking I would not know what they were talking about) and have been a number of times. In fact I am from Aransas Pass and lived in Rockport in my early life. I love to go walking on the seawall in Fulton. There are getting to be lots of dogs in the condos also. I made some new friends!
