Working--whether it be chasing darts, balls, dogs . . .

Haven't found any yet!

Favorite Toy:
Balls are #1, the Wooley Man (or some other similar toy)is #2

Favorite Food:
Pretty flexible--he won't eat if he's working

Favorite Walk:
He has to run to keep up with his big sis--Mim

Best Tricks:
The back flop, aka rubber-boned dog act.

Arrival Story:
I wanted another dog to work in doggie sports that would have a competitive personality like Mim and me. I previously had the thought of getting a BC for flyball/herding and a flyball teammate was fostering this dog for BCRTX. I met him, she went out of town and I "babysat." Yeah right . . . very soon after his "temporary" stay, it was permanent.

Runs in flyball like his big sis. I think he's even faster than her (but don't tell Mim)! We started training in September when I first started "babysitting" him and he ran his 1st tournament in January. He even ran his 3rd tournament without me there! Flyball Auntie Jenn does a great job running my boy for me!

A couple of weeks ago, my mom took me to go horsebacking riding with her. The pasture was located about 20 minutes from the flyball field, so my sister Mim and I just went with Mom after practice. Mom said we were going because gas prices are so freakin' high, she couldn't drive up to North Austin to drop us off. It was easier to just take us rather than make 2 trips.

Anyway, why I was there, I saw these giant dogs which smelled funny. They just stared at me. I was scared so I hid behind my Mom. She laughed (which I didn't think was funny) and said that that was my job . . . round 'em up. Yea Right! You try "roundin' up" stinky, grass chewing, gianormous dogs.

Mom then got up on an even weirder looking creature. It kinda smelled strange too. Then it tried to take my mom away! I was very upset at first but then it ended up taking my mom to something called a "stock pond"--which I happily swam in and tried to catch the fish.

Mom then said they were going to go out on the road and I was not allowed to go. She put me back in my kennel and that creature was standing behind her. I waited until I heard the door latch and once that happened, knew it was cool to growl and bark at the monster.

Man, it was weird.
