 Quick Bio:
 Birthday: January 1st 2002
Likes: Riding point on the airboat through New Orleans floodwaters; mayhem with her stuffed monkey gang ; dancing to Ernie K-Doe cover of Zevon's "A Certain Girl"; staring at traffic from the back window of the getaway car; giving Oriental massages.

Pet-Peeves: Squirrels; French Quarter buggy-ride mules; equestrian statues (she barks at them); Chinese President Hu Jintao's suspected meal at Yale; Divorce Lawyers who cast Macbethian spells on New Haven dog parks

Favorite Toy: Her stuffed monkeys named The Mailman, Roland the Headless Dogcatcher, New Orleans Police Chief Eddie Compass, Desperate Dorothy, Mr. Grinch, and a stuffed squirrel called Foul.

Favorite Food: Drive-thru burgers (one night she jumped out of the getaway car, through the drive thru window & into the Wendy's kitchen, barked at the cooks, peed on the floor); Slim Jims; Dick Van Patten's Vennison & Brown Rice

Favorite Walk: June loved Bourbon Street, where the strippers treated her to Slim Jims. Her favorite promenade these days is past the statue of Godzilla on the Yale campus.

Best Tricks: Running in circles at NASCAR speed; barking at mailman; squirrel acrobatics (A squirrel whipped out of a hedge & leapfrogged 20 feet off JCC's back. June paused Wiley Coyote style, then ran headfirst hard into the oak the squirrel had run up).

Arrival Story: Bought off a bad drifter who was kicking and choking her. Price $5. Drifter knocked down by the flood.

Bio: June Carter Cash co-wrote the hit country song "Ring of Fire". She has taken up dinosaur and lion hunting in her new hometown, New Haven, Connecticut. June runs the Dog Book Department for a prominent New Haven antiquarian book dealer. This month's special is the expurgated Old Yeller, in which Old Yeller lives. She is also promoting her Oscar winning bio-pic, "Walk the Line." June runs 6 furlongs in 1:09 and change, often training with Kenyans. June is putting together a fabulous show band made up of other dogs with legendary musical chops. See "All Her Pup Pals" for the line-up. The dogs you don't recognize, they're June's roadies and groupies, and the occasional puparazzi. Her fabulous hairdresser is Flowbee, a Papillon-Phalene mix out of the Arizona groomer scene. Moose, her bodyguard, a rough tough Standard Schnauzer who worked with the Hell's Angels as security for the Rolling Stones at the infamous Altamont rockfest, stays in shape running on the beach at San Quentin. "June's Place," an after hours blues and booze ranch on Long Island Sound, is home base for June's band when she's not out touring in the showbus. Rare for a nightclub, June's Place enforces a strict NO CATS house rule. June wrestles professionally with her tag-team partner, New Orleans' Bo Pitbull, pictured in their wrestling costumes prior to a match against bad guy Great Danes from the New Orleans Ninth Ward. June Carter Cash and her personal psychic are profiled by June's Boswell, Kim Martineau, in the Hartford (Ct.) Courant, August 20th, 2006: "Wagging Tales Of A Dog's Mysterious Past."
