The original owners gave her to me, because there was a hurricane that destroyed much of the Island in the Florida keys we lived on, and they had to move, so they gave me Missy who was 6 weeks old at the time.
Bio:
Missy is now 7, and still thinks she is a puppy, she is a silly heart, and makes me laugh every day. I almost lost my beloved Missy due to pyometria, my vet would not accept payments for the surgery, so I had to search for one that would, I was lucky and found one just in time to save her. I named her after my German Shephard, who I lost to kidney failure, there was no way I was going to lose another dog if it could be saved, even though it almost broke me financially it was well worth the money.
