Arrival Story:
A friend of ours had a litter and our sons were in a baseball playoff tournament out of town, so she had to bring the litter with her to the tournament, my older son played with the pups during the games and decided we just had to have Oreo since he was the biggest of the litter and was just so darn cute. We had an aging Cockapoo (Daisy) at the time and thought perhaps it might help her feel young again! After a slight adjustment they got along well, and when Daisy went to the Rainbow Bridge, Oreo would be found in the living room in the middle of the night crying for his lost friend! Of course we then had to get another pal for him!

Bio:
It has taken me almost a year to be able to update Oreo's page. On April 30, 2008, Oreo lost his battle to a collapsed esophagus, thyroid disease and a probable cancer due to a lump found on his neck. I know he is in a better place, but I sure do miss my buddy. He was my shadow -- always! I know he will be sitting right across the Rainbow Bridge with his friend Daisy, waiting to greet the rest of the crew!
