Arrival Story:
Phil's former owner was getting married, and her new husband wanted her to get rid of a few dogs. (Personally, I would have kept the dogs and kicked the man to the curb) She bred and showed Shelties. About that time my mother was looking for a companion dog. We had always had shelties and she wanted a blue merle. At 8 years of age, Phil fit the bill perfectly! He had a rough start until we realized he was crate trained and prefered having his Den to stay in when no one was there to keep him from foraging in the pantry and what not. From that point on he was a joy to have a love, he truly blessed our lives! He was an angel that watched over my family during some really rough years. We were lucky to have him! He went to the rainbow bridge Friday June 3rd, 2005 at 3pm. He is deeply missed
