Cassie likes running, patrolling the house and yards, sleeping under the covers, backing into humans to get her butt scratched, and resting her chin on just about anything. Favorite Joke: Hey Cassie, why the long face?

Arrival Story:
We met Cassie and her littermates at six weeks and brought her home one week later. Sometimes we think we should have named her Arizona, 'cause "I think I got the best one!"

Bio:
Cassie has one brown eye, one blue eye, and one black toe. She reminds us of a cheetah when she runs, and she can get all the dogs at the park to chase her. She is a whiner when she doesn't get what she wants, but she also employs a powerful bark when it's time to get down to business.

Housemates Bite

Back in September, mom and dad rented out the cottage above our garage to a family that lives down the street. (They needed a place to stay while their own home undergoes a massive remodel.) Wouldn't you know it, that family has a dog too!

Sorsha is a10-year old female Beagle, and boy does she get under my fur. If I don't eat my kibble immediately, Sorsha comes in through MY dog door and eats MY food! One day, she took my bone outside and snapped at me when I tried to get it back. Now, I make it a point to bury ALL my valuables.

But the worst - the WORST - happened this morning. While me, mom, and dad were sleeping in bed, Sorsha came into the house and peed on MY nap pad! I want to be a good host, but geez, she makes it ruff...
