Arrival Story:
I had been looking for a dog for about 6 months. Went to the local shelter but they wouldn't give us a dog because we live in an apartment. I would love a dog whether I lived in an apartment or a house. I went to a pet shop that friends of mine own and wanted to talk to the owner about a dog that would be good for us. Then she told me that she had just started getting dogs in the shop. She had only 5 dogs in the shop at that time and Rufus was one of them. When I saw this little baby and just had to have him. So about a week later I took my boyfriend with me to see the little guy. My boyfriend wasn't crazy about the idea of getting a smaller dog but within an hour of playing with him, he was ours.

Well, I know that it has been a while since my last entry but I have a really BUSY life. So that the last thing I told you was that I got a little brother and our family had moved into a new house. Well I love my new house with the BIG back yard and the lovely path across the street, that Mommy and Daddy take me for walks.

My little brother is a lot of fun too. I love having someone else around to play with all the time. But sometimes I wished its was just me. I know that sounds selfish but oh well. I loved it being the only puppy. I got all the treats, attention and hugs and kisses. But there is enough to go around so I guess its alright.

Well know its even crazier around the house. Mommy and Daddy starting leaving every night and coming home all sweaty and stinky. It all started on Christmas morning when Mommy told me that her and Daddy were going to get married. I saw this shiny thing on Mommy's hand and tried to eat it but go yelled at. Mommy says if I'm good and Roscoe's good too we will be ring bearers. I don't know what that mean but it sounds like fun. Well I'll try to keep you all posted. Have a woofundful day! Lots of Licks!!!

So much is changing!

I know its been awhile seen I wrote in my diary but I'm really lazy and busy at the same time. Alot of things have changed in my life the last couple of months. First, I received a new little brother. He is fun and I accepted him into our family. I love using him as a little chew toy. The only thing I can't take is that he is really loud. He wakes me up in the middle of the night barking and whining. But besides all that he is really fun to have around. He will never replace me and I'm still cuter then him.

Second, we moved. It was really crazy around because Mommy and Daddy kept me in my crate for a couple of days. Then did let me out to go potty, eat and play couple of times a day, but they didn't want me in the paint cans so I guess I understand. But I really do love me new home. We moved from a tiny apartment into a nice big house. I have my very own backyard to run around in with my little brother. So I can't be mad at Mommy and Daddy because they tell me that they got the house so I could have more room.

Until next good, poop lots and give many kisses!!!!!!!!

So last week I woke up one morning and mommy wouldn't give me my breakfast and kizzy's food wasn't on the floor for me to sneek some. I also wasn't able to get anything to drink and boy was I thirsty. I didn't think anything was up until she took me outside to go potty and then quickly put me in the car with daddy. Normally I just go and eat breakfast and go out and go back to bed but something very fishy was going on.

We pulled up to Dr. James office and I thought oh no another shot. But this time it was different. Mommy and daddy looked very nervous for some reason. I thought maybe I did something wrong and they were going to leave me there and they did leave me there. I wanted to go home so bad and I cried when mommy and daddy gave me to some lady in a funny looking outfit. Then after that everything seemed to blur. I remember going into something that looking like my little room at home then I remember waking up in a state of confusion.

I felt very out of it and there were these tubes sticking in my arm and I didn't know what was going on. Then I looked down and realized that my manhood was GONE! I felt a lot of pain and was really tired. I got really excited when mommy came to get me out of that horrible place. I went home with this stupid thing around my neck. I didn't move much with it on because it bumped into all the stuff at home and hurt my neck. But a couple of days later I was able to take that stupid thing off and go back to my normal day to day life.

Note to self: Warn every dog I see about going into that building because you may not come out the same dog as you were when you went in.
