Arrival Story:
We lost our beloved Cody in Feb and couldn't stand how empty the house was without him. We searched a long time and finally found someone with Boston puppies. We picked him out when he was just 2 weeks olds. The wait was torture. I think we had forgotten what having a puppy was like. It had been 13 years since Cody's puppyhood, but Lakota's making sure he reminds us every day.

He is a really smart little devil. He teaches himself a lot and picks up real fast on things. Of course, most of it he doesn't need to know!!

Today these people came and took me away from my mom and my brothers and sisters. Im not sure what to make of these strange people, but they must be ok, because the one called Mommy keeps giving me lots of kisses. I like kisses. And they took me to a house, something I had never been in before. I came from what's called a kenel. And the strangest thing happened. Mommy took me outside and there is all this green stuff under my feet. I really like the way the green stuff feels. I had to potty, so I went on the side walk to keep from peeing on the nice green stuff. I figured that was the smart thing to do. I wanted my people to see how smart I am. But they just laughed at me. I don't get it. The green stuff is real nice to roll around in and it taste pretty good too. I like the brown stuff too. It's called dirt. I know this because my mommy keeps saying that I can't eat dirt. They also gave me all sorts of toys. I think Im gonna like it here. And it's not all that lonely at night, because I sleep with my mommy. She says Im her gaurd dog. I sleep on her chest.
