Marley On The Move

Marley is no longer with us.....

Hi Friends,

I know it's been a LONG while since we've posted a diary entry here.... It breaks my heart to come back here and let you know that Marley passed away last night. *sobs* This is very, very, very painful for me to even type much less talk about. We are filled with so much grief and despair. The only comfort I have is knowing that he did have a happy life with us and we loved him and took care of him the best way we could. I wish he could've been with us longer.... I know he would've wanted that, too.

Thanks for all of you who wanted to be his friends here. This is a great place. Marley truly enjoyed being the center of attention and loved being around people and other dogs (although he's a bit territorial indeed!). Please keep him in your prayers. We are honored to have him as part of our family. We miss him so much!

Countdown to Trick-o-Treat

Dear Friends,

Wow, it's been a while since I last typed to y'all. I hope everyone's doing great. :-) I'm doing very well if you're wondering.

I can't believe it's October already! Where has time gone?! I am definitely counting down to trick-o-treating. This will be my first time doing that and I am getting quite excited. My Mom got me this awesome costume! Well, I get sort of annoyed when I wear it but that's probably because I am not used to it. Mom said I look cute but how about you be the judge of that, okay? Mom took a pic of me wearing it so let me know what you think. I'll let you know how my trick-o-treating goes. I hope to get more treats than Gabby but we'll see. :-P~

Well , it's my bedtime so I must bid y'all a good night. Take care, take it easy and have lots of fun!

What a weekend!

Hi Friends,

First of all, I want to express my extreme sadness and sympathy to all of our fellow Americans who have suffered the wrath of Hurricane Katrina. My family and I can't imagine just how horrible it must be for them. We are thinking of all of them and keeping them in our prayers....

On a happier note, we celebrated my Dad's parents' 50th Wedding Anniversary in Miami. It was fun as I got to go! Everyone was so happy to meet me and vice versa. I had fun playing with Tipper - GrandPaw and GrandMaw's beautiful she-puppy. :-) She's cool to hang around with. I really enjoyed chasing her around and drinking/eating off her bowl. Now, now... she practically "invited" me to it so a stud pup like myself can't resist such a wonderful offer! Well, I miss them all down there. Mom and Dad said they will take me again the next time they visit family in Miami so I can't wait!

Mom took some new pics of me and she will be posting them soon. I'm always reminded by family and friends that I'm quite handsome so I gotta keep it up. Dad bathes me regularly and sprays that funky cologne on me... It makes me smell good but I secretly hate that stuff. Don't tell my Dad, okay? I think it's cute that he bought me a cologne because I know he has one, too.

Well, time to hit the sack again. I will type again as soon as I can.
