Arrival Story:
Scarlett came to us from just outside Chi-town, IL. I had been researching the breed for several years; enjoy Molossers but don't like the typical sedentry proclivities associated with most kinds. Tosas are extremely athletic & intelligent.
Bio:
The original "Tosa" of Japan was a spitz type dog, a bit larger than your Shiba Inu. Subsequent crossings during the 1800s with the Mastiff, Great Dane, Hound, Pointer, Bullterrier and Bulldog have contributed to the development of your modern-day Tosa Inu.
