Birthday: May 1st 2004 Likes: I love people and going for walks Pet-Peeves: I hate it when I lose a toy under the couch and I can't reach it, I will cry till someone gets it for me Favorite Toy: My favorite toys are my kong and any kind of ball. I also love to chew on sticks and pick up garbage I find on the side of the road(especailly Tim Horton's cups, I am a real Canadian, eh?) Favorite Food: I love potoatoe peelings, bannas, apples, carrots, cheese and peanut butter Favorite Walk: My favorite place is anywhere mom wants to take me Best Tricks: I go fetch my leash and try to take myself for a walk. I also like to play soccer with my human family. Arrival Story: I am a little confused as to how this happened. You see, my mom and dad used to be my grandparents, and my new human brother and sisters used to be my uncle and aunts. I dont really mind, because I get to live with my new family and my old family visits alot and my new mom and dad spoil me rotten.(I even get to sleep with them!) Bio: My new mom and dad wanted a small, quiet , friendly, intelligent dog and that is me to a T. I know when its time for my walk because my mom shuts off the little black box that she looks at after supper and I do my excited dance. Every once in a while I take a little fit that my dad calls a race. I run around the living room and bounce from chair to chair to couch. I guess its because I am soooo happy sometimes I can't contain myself. (My mom figures its the border collie coming out) . I have a border collie face, terrier body and a pom tail.. I love to stick my head in long grass and sniff cause I KNOW there is something in there. This computer thing must be quite fasinating because everyone in my human family is always on it, thats why I have my basket in here (but I only sleep in it during the day) its also how I found this website. So I got to go to that school place. I really don't like the car, it is very scary. When we stopped and went into this building, that was lots of fun. There were other dogs there. Lets see, there was a Beagle, a mutt (bigger than me), 2 Dobermans , a Newfoundland dog (Landseer), a Giant Shanzuer (sp?) and a Bearded Collie that was just watching. She lives at the shelter right now and just had a growth off of her nose, so she wasn't participating. We got lots of treats every time there was a clicking noise. I wanted to play with the females and had to tell that rude GS off. He tried to drape a paw over me. How dare he?!
Mom went somewhere with Princesse yesterday and when they came back, Mom told Dad I was going to school next week. I don't know what that is , but I think it means I have to go for a drive in that scary moving house they call a car. Also , Mom is acting weird since she came back from wherever she went. She ignored us when she got home from work and made us wait for our supper until she was done eating. I was afraid she would forget to feed us!
I think last time, I got *one* of the diary picks of the day. Today was *the * diary of the day. I am happy, anyway! I did great on my walk again tonight. I hadn't been for 2 nights due to Mom doing stuff , so she thought I might be hyper tonight. I wasn't though. When I pull , she stops. If I go after something, I have to walk really close for a bit. If I leave slack on the leash , Mom lets me sniff and go in the direction I want. If I stay by her side on my own, I get a treat! I also did really well in the yard. Mom untied my cable run and I did not even try to go into the rose bushes or into the back field. I am so awesome! Bol.
