Likes:
It's a tie between the laser pointer (and flashlights) and food. Anything that makes a reflection is endlessly fascinating - DVD's, metal watches and pans, shiny book covers, etc. Also loves riding in the car and fetching sticks in the lake.

Pet-Peeves:
Smothering hugs (being right next to us at all times is crucial, but hugs are just not necessary), strange people coming to the door, having to stop and get your muddy paws wiped off when you come in the house.

Favorite Toy:
Nylabones, rope toys, the kind of stuffed animals that can be destroyed in 5 min.

Favorite Food:
Absolutely anything, especially if it's leftovers from the humans! Favorites are probably peanut butter, crackers, fruit and fish - especially salmon (the skin left on the pan is the best!).

Favorite Walk:
The daily walk in the woods by our house. There's always something good to sniff and squirrels to try and chase up the trees.

Arrival Story:
I got an email from a rescue group that he was going to be put to sleep the next day if not adopted. It was a bit of hassle dealing with the shelter where we got him (he got transferred to another one at the last minute) but we brought him home the next weekend and proceeded to fall in love with him :)
