No Rest for the Weary

Hi everybody! Just thought I'd let all my friends know what's going on with me. I have had such a busy weekend. My Daddy owns a daycare/kennel and I am always around a bunch of other dogs. I really like getting to play with all of them but there sure were a lot of dogs around this weekend. Mommy had to keep snatching me up because a dog named Gizmo thought I was a squeeky toy. I didn't mind playing with her but she got me all wet (she had a little drooling problem). So right now I'm trying to catch up on my naps. It seems like every time I get curled up just right on Mommy's lap she has to go and move and wake me up! I need to have a talk with her about this! Hershey is the best snuggler though, he always keeps me warm. Well, I'm really tired and I need to go get the other dogs in line (what would they do without me?). I'll talk to you all later! ~Lily

A Day in the Life

Hi Everybody! This is my first diary entry and I think I'm doing a pretty good job since Mommy usually gets mad when I try to type. Today I played with big dogs like always. I showed them that I am the boss around here. If they try to sit on Mommy's lap I bite their toes. She says she doesn't like it when I do that, but I know secretly she thinks it's a little bit cute. My friend Foley came to play at our doggie daycare (The Dog House). I like it when he comes. He's about the only dog that can keep up with me. We like to wrestle and chew on each other's ears. I always win, of course. Well, it's time for Mommy to give me food (which I won't eat, since it's good for me). I guess I should go. Maybe Hershey's having something tasty for dinner.
