Arrival Story:
One day, Seth thought to himself, "I want a puppy." This was shortly after he decided that hating dogs was a bad idea. Years passed... then, Seth met Erin and her puppy Fiona, and Seth said to Erin, "I want a puppy." Then, Erin decided that Seth should have his first puppy for his 30th birthday. She told Seth to decide what kind of dog he wanted. Fiona told him to get another Corgi. One day, Seth said to Erin, "I want a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever." Erin replied, "A what?" Fiona replied, "Woof! I'm still cutest!" (And the cats gasped in horror.) After much searching, Seth finally found a breeder outside Chicago and ended up with Cooper. Cooper's name used to be Jazz in her litter, so the part of her AKC name that Seth picked is "Cooper Coltrane". She's too young to have much rhythm yet, though.
Bio:
Cooper's favorite thing to do (now that she's older) is wag, wag, wag and swim, swim, swim. She will fetch for hours, especially if the fetching object is immersed in water. She gets really upset when we can't throw leaves far enough into the water for her to have to swim to fetch them.
