Arrival Story:
I went to the SFSPCA on too much cold medication and I came home with Charlie without any permission.

Bio:
Charlie came from a dog sanctuary in Utah- called Best Friends. He doesn't smoke, drink, or cuss. However he is finding it very difficult to abide by his principles here in San Francisco. He might even marry his single breed partner.
