Arrival Story:
Sampson is a rescue dog. I went to a shelter on the Southeast side of Houston to pick him and three other dogs up. I was only supposed to have them temporarily, but then a couple weeks later Sampson and one of the other dogs (a six month old Dachshund puppy) came down with Corona and were really sick. No one was going anywhere for awhile. Sam was a trooper through the whole thing though and came out of it just fine (as well as the other pup :)

Bio:
After a year of fostering Sampson...and trying to find him the exact right home, I decided to keep him. He is a really good boy now...after 12 months of breaking all of his bad habits! Boy, was he ever a stinker!! Now he is the official good-will ambassador of our home. He is great at welcoming the new foster dogs when they arrive...he plays with them and shows them the ropes. He takes his job very seriously.
